February Newsletter 2015

Friday 12th February

School closes today for one week for half term. It will reopen at 8.50am on Monday 22nd February.  Have a restful and enjoyable break.

African Drumming

Children from Y1 and Y2 enjoyed their time playing African drums as part of their topic this term.  They learnt how to play different sounds and rhythms.

Interfaith Harmony Day

Children across the school learnt about all the major world religions and shared their knowledge with other classes.

Wild Roadshow

Y5 and Y6 spent time with some new friends from the rainforest this term.  Some were brave enough to stroke or cuddle them.

Science Roadshow

When the science roadshow came to school, all the children got to see some exciting experiments and learn about light and shadows.
