Collective Worship
At Holy Trinity, worship is at the heart of our school life. It is the main way we explore and live out our school vision and values together. Our worship is carefully planned and of high quality, helping the whole school community to join together on a journey of discovery as we explore the teachings of Jesus and the stories of the Bible.
At Holy Trinity, we are a family of learners who come from many different backgrounds and beliefs. Our collective worship recognises and respects this diversity, offering an experience that is invitational, inclusive and inspirational. Everyone is welcome to learn, reflect, and, respond.
Through Collective Worship, pupils are invited to:
- Hear and reflect on the Christian story and its messages.
- Take part in or observe prayer, reading and reflection, and experience the beauty of Christian worship through music, art and creativity.
- Reflect on the world- its beauty, its challenges, and our shared responsibilities.
- Celebrate together, recognising achievements, kindness, and key moments in the Christian calendar.
- Have time and space for spiritual reflection, helping them grow in understanding, compassion and service to others.
Our hope is that worship at Holy Trinity provides every child with a sense of belonging, meaning and inspiration — nurturing both their faith and their spiritual development, whatever their background or belief
